Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

Most of the hotel has been remodeled however the room I stayed in had not been remodeled yet but it was very clean and well appointed.
